Who are we and what do these terms cover?

These terms apply to your use of smmozo.com and the services offered through it. smmozo is operated by Apensia Media. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

What services do we provide?

• Guides and free tools: general information to help you understand how creator income works. They are not legal, tax or financial advice.
• YouTube Monetization Service and Instagram Monetization Service: an audit, policy review, planning and application support. The scope is described on each service page.
• Growth Optimization and the Advanced Growth Programme: audit, keyword research, a content plan and reviews, scoped before you pay.
• Social media growth systems: orders for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, with prices shown inside your dashboard after sign-up.

Do you guarantee approval, income or followers?

No. YouTube, Meta and other platforms decide monetization and enforce their own rules, and audiences decide what they watch and follow. We do not guarantee approval, income, views, followers, subscribers, watch hours or rankings, and a delay or rejection by a platform is not by itself a breach of these terms. Platform rules can change at any time.

What are your responsibilities?

• You must own the channel or account you ask us to work on, or have the owner’s written permission.
• Give us accurate information, and keep your sign-in details private. Never share a YouTube, Instagram or Google password with us or anyone else.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you use, including the YouTube Community Guidelines and monetization policies and Meta’s terms.
• You are responsible for your content, your tax obligations and the activity on your smmozo account.

What is not allowed?

• Using smmozo for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes, or to harm another person or channel.
• Asking us to create fake views, subscribers or watch time to qualify for monetization. We do not provide this.
• Attempting to break into, overload or scrape the site or other users’ accounts.
• Reselling our guides or copying them wholesale. Short quotes with a link back to the guide are welcome.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will explain why when we can.

How do payments, GST and the wallet work?

Prices in India are in Indian rupees (INR) and shown before GST. GST is added at the applicable rate, currently 18%, and a GST invoice is issued for each payment. You pay by UPI or from your wallet balance. International clients are priced in US dollars (USD), pay by international bank wire transfer to our account in India, and are invoiced as an export of services with no GST charged. Bank and intermediary charges are paid by the sender, and a payment is treated as received once the full amount reaches our account and we verify it. All services are paid 100% in advance.

The wallet holds money you have added to pay for services on smmozo. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be withdrawn as cash except as set out in our refund policy. Referral credits, where offered, are wallet credits on the terms shown when they are offered.

How is work delivered?

We describe the scope before you pay, and we start work after payment is verified. Timelines depend on you sending the access or information we need, and on the platforms involved. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

What are the limits of our liability?

We provide the site and services with reasonable care, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost income or lost opportunity, or for actions taken by YouTube, Meta or any other platform. Our total liability for a claim about a service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us at info@smmozo.com so we can try to fix the problem.

Can the terms change?
