- Billing details: the name, address and optional GST number you enter so we can issue a GST invoice.
- Orders and requests: the service you choose and any channel or profile links, goals or messages you send us.

- Support messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
- Security logs: your IP address and the time of sign-in attempts, used to limit repeated failed attempts and protect accounts.
Why do we use your data?
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To deliver the service you ordered, communicate about it and give support.
- To issue invoices, verify payments, keep accounting and tax records and meet legal obligations.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and repeated sign-in attacks.
- To improve the site and guides, using only what we already hold. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep account data while your account is active. We keep invoices, payment and wallet records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Sign-in security logs are kept for a short period only. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
What choices and rights do you have?
Where the law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, gives you rights, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete data we no longer need (we may keep invoices and payment records that we must retain by law);
- respond to a grievance about how your data is handled.
